"Judgement of Paris"

"The Illiad"

(Pursuing of the Trojan War)

      The Illiad story is an epic poem, written by Homer, that covers the

quarrels and fighting near the end of the Trojan War. The story was epic, and tells about

fighting and as well as the incidents of the Trojan War. It also includes the details during

the war. 

         So the beginning of the story shows that the warrior-hero Achilles,  

force Agamemnon to return Chryseis in order to appease Apollo and end the pestilence.

Also, Agamemnon feigns a homeward order, but Odysseus encourages the Greeks 

to pursue the fight. Odysseus planned already to attack and to ambush in their coming

Trojan War. 

In this story about The Illiad, it was very epic. It shows about

the fighting and the epic parts of the Trojan War Incidents. Includes also their very

epic fights or combat during the the Trojan War, as well as the incidents. 

"Odyssey"

(The war of the Trojan Horse)

   The incident or the part that I chose about the Odyssey story 

is the best part. This is the part that they fought against the Trojan Horse. Odysseus 

and Diomedes supposed to give the Trojans the strength to continue the war. 

                                   So Odysseus and Diomedes stole the Palladium, the sacred 

statue of Athena, which was supposed to give the Trojans the strength to continue

the war. In the middle of the story, the war was continued, that includes the Trojan

Horse as well. Odysseus went into Troy disguised, and Helen recognized him. They

already had a war about the Trojan War, and the war still continues. 

                                    The war about the Trojan Horse was the best part. Still, the

war continues. The Trojans celebrated their victory during the war of the Trojan

Horse.
